Report Form - Reporting Agent: David Matthew Drake, Typhoon
Agent Brandon and I will be infiltrating the Riddler's gathering tonight, which he is calling the "League of Villainy." Although Agent Brandon will remain stateside, the plan continues to be for me to travel into Khandaq with the other volunteers and join Black Adam's army in order to report back. As of today, we have identified three metahumans who have already committed themselves to Black Adam's cause.
Metahuman: The Creeper
True Name: Jack Ryder
Reporter Jack Ryder was rescued from King Kobra by Black Adam in Syria. His identity as the Creeper is not known publically, but he has crossed paths with both the Batman and the Justice League. He appears to be mentally unstable, and in my opinion that the Department should consider the Creeper a liability for Black Adam should remain in Khandaq. The exact nature and extent of the Creeper's abilities remain unknown, though he has demonstrated super-agility and enhanced strength.
Metahuman: Giganta
True Name: Dr Doris Zeul
We have been monitoring ongoing communications between Dr Zeul and Khandaq. Dr Zeul is expected to be a voice of support for Khandaq among the criminal underworld tonight. The origins of her newfound loyalty to Black Adam have yet to be determined. As the world knows, Dr Zeul gained the ability to increase her size and mass after performing experiments on herself and triggering her metagene, all of which I witnessed firsthand during the Crime Syndicate's invasion (see report).
Metahuman: Sandstorm
True Name: Unknown
We know very little about the metahuman from Syria. There are reports of Sandstorm uncovering and destroying terrorist cells with a focus on freeing children held captive, but consequently, he has been seen attacking Syrian soldiers, also with a focus of protecting children. We have confirmation that he is now working alongside Black Adam. It is said he has command over the entire desert.
