Rising Sun: Izumi Yasunari was a founding member of Japan's superhero team Big Action Science and is believed to be Japan's most powerful metahuman. Able to harness the power of the sun. Rising Sun now leads a new team called Big Monster Action, inheriting the duty of Ultiman, who once protected Japan from the kaiju that threatened it during the "Monster Wars". Big Monster Action is now capturing and domesticating these creatures.

Iran: The Elite Basu
The Seer: Sayeh the Seer is capable of peering into the future, though how far ahead she can exactly see into tomorrow is unclear. Sayeh is currently leading a growing group of metahumans across Iran in search of others. She was the first to coin the term "Super War" when referring to the endgame of the metahuman arms race. Whether she invented the phrase or "saw it" remains to be clarified. Sayeh has since been silent on what she's seen but remains intent on consolidating Iran's metahumans.

Khandaq: Black Adam
Black Adam has opened the borders of Khandaq to any metahumans seeking asylum. The number of metahumans who have joined him are said to be in the dozens already, but their identities remain a mystery. With both America and Russia withdrawing their troops from the Middle East, Black Adam has promised to bring stability to the region.
Australia: The Sleeping Soldiers
Dreamer: Betty Clawman is an Australian metahuman able to move through dreams. Throughout the last month, world leaders and foreign metahumans have claimed to have been confronted by Dreamer and her team in their sleep. The Australian government has denied these accusations.
